Recruitment Process:

Alpha Quality Care implements a rigorous selection and recruitment process ensuring applicants have the skills, competency and experience to do the job. The recruitment process includes a face to face interview, ID verification, right to work, language ability enhanced DBS, occupational health assessment, appropriate referencing and clinical skills checklists and up-to-date mandatory training.

Compliance

Alpha Quality Care experienced compliance officers work with registering applicants to ensure that they are fully screened before being placed. We strictly follow the CQC Employment Check Standards and are required to ensure that all staff are fully compliant to these. The standards are embedded within the National Agency Framework Agreements and regular audits are carried out to ensure that our workforce meets the required criteria. Such as GMC, NMC etc…

Alpha Quality Care ensure only the best quality of candidates are placed in clinical settings by thoroughly screening all applicants in line with Health care compliance guidelines. We employ an in-house clinical specialist team to interview candidates and obtain the required documentation and certification. Our training department assist candidates in coordinating training and education, whether it be to update previous qualifications or for further development.

Our staff are fully qualified, and DBS checked . At Alpha Quality Care we can provide the help that you require to continue having a dignified and independent life. All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an QCF (former NVQ) in Health and Social Care.
