About Us

Alpha Quality Care supplies highly skilled and trained members of staff, from a variety of Nursing and Care backgrounds, whilst protecting our clients, by ensuring that all of our members complete a thorough recruitment process including a mandatory Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

We are an independent organisation for Nursing and Domiciliary care. Aiming at providing services such as treatment of disease, disorders or injury, personal hygiene care, basic hygiene needs, cleaning services and assistance with shopping to the elderly, learning disability and physical disabilities within their homes.

All our staff are fully trained and committed to work towards the general well-being of the client, always taking into account each client individuality, cultural background and values. Alpha Quality Care takes pride in encouraging all staff to work under family and caring values, while strictly following our policies and procedures.

During our supply of services, we will try as much as possible to supply the same staff in order to maintain consistency and continuity of care. Since familiar faces and voices enhances quality of life for residents.

Our health care Managers oversees operations and maintains direct lines of communication with your facility, our staffing manager and associates. Just like your own employees, we hold our staff accountable for their attendance and work performance. Excessive call-offs, tardiness, or poor work performance is never tolerated. This ensures that the nurse/carer you contract for will be clinically proficient, reliable and exceptionally professional.

Muscular Dystrophy: MD is a group of muscle diseases that weaken the musculoskeletal system and hamper locomotion.

Learning Disability: is a classification that includes several areas of functioning in which a person has difficulty learning in a typical manner, usually caused by an unknown factor or factors.

Motor Neurone Disease: is characterized by stiff muscles, muscle twitching, and gradually worsening weakness due to muscle wasting. This results in difficulty speaking, swallowing, and eventually breathing.
